The project

TRACKABILITY is the ambition of three young women from the southern Italy to complete the tourist offer of their land, with a lack of services accessible to everyone.

This project stems from the need to create a valid and more objective system of validation and verification of the characteristics related to accessibility: the goal is to create a path composed of various steps, to make sure that the accommodation facilities in the first place adapt to specific needs not only by breaking down architectural barriers but also stereotypes and prejudices.
In November 2017, the Puglia Region believed in us and funded TrackAbility through the PIN – Pugliesi Innovati call, helping us to create this platform able to capitalize on our knowledge and experience in accessible tourism, promoting good reception practices.
TrackAbility is therefore also a circuit based on training, certification and mapping, three steps that are cured entirely by our staff, allow you to create a value chain that acts on two fronts:
On the one hand, the structures with the need to expand their offer in an increasingly competitive market, ever more attentive to particular needs;
On the other, a community of people who would potentially travel if they had the opportunity.
TrackAbility increases the visibility of the structure or place of tourist interest since tourism without barriers is an indicator of competitive advantage.
